Catfish Atchafalaya


Fried Catfish smothered in Crawfish Ètouffèe. This is a 2 N 1 recipe. It’s one of my go-to dishes that I love to order whenever I’m in Louisiana or at a Cajun restaurant. The richness of the gravy paired with sweet crawfish tails, over the perfectly fried catfish. Whew! SO GOOD!
