My Salted Santa-tini is a delicious dessert cocktail, perfect for the holidays. Made with my homemade vanilla Vodka, salted caramel liqueur, Rumchata, and cinnamon syrup. This cocktail is definitely a treat. The notes of cinnamon, vanilla and caramel make it festive and fun. The best way to enjoy this cocktail is with a night cap, cuddled up by the fireplace watching your favorite Christmas movie.

It’s that time of year and one of my favorite things to do is create a vibe. Picture this, the kids are asleep, you’re cuddled up by the fireplace, watching your favorite Christmas movie while drinking this delicious salted caramel martini. A vibe indeed!
I’m so excited to share my festive cocktails with you all. As you may know I absolutely love the holidays and I’m taking any excuse to create all the festive moments.
Creating festive cocktails and recipes has been so much fun and I hope you all are truly enjoying them.
I’m typically not a vodka gal but I’ve been challenging myself to make more cocktails with alcohol other than tequila.

Salted Caramel Whisky Cream
My bf picked this up after the sales associate highly recommended it. I instantly knew I wanted to make martini with it. It’s the perfect blend of Whisky and cream with a salted caramel flavor. It’s so delicious and was the star behind this cocktail.
Homemade Vanilla Vodka
Earlier this season, I made vanilla Vodka. A lot of the cocktails I wanted to create called for it so I decided to just make it myself by slicing a vanilla bean in half, and submerging it in vodka. Kept it in a dark and cool place, and every few days shook it up to combine everything. And that’s all there is to it. Super easy!
Cinnamon Syrup
I also added cinnamon syrup to the cocktail. This is super simple to make and great to use for cocktails, mocktails and desserts throughout the holiday season. Simply muddle cinnamon sticks and add them to a sauce pan with equal parts sugar and water. Bring to a low boil, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Then reduce the heat and simmer for about 8-10 minutes. Strain the liquid into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator. This is great for coffee in the morning, tea, desserts and cocktails of course.
