Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prep 9x9 baking pan with parchment or butter.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla bean paste and mix until combined.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Mix. Then slowly fold in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until the batter is just combined.
Pour batter into a well buttered pan.
In a small bowl, combine pumpkin puree, syrup, 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice, 1 tbsp of brown sugar, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg. Mix until smooth. Add small scoops of pumpkin mixture to the top of the blondie batter. Use a knife or toothpick to create a swirl effect throughout the top layer.
Bake on 350 for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven allow blondies to cool for about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
