or 2 shots of espresso

hot water

cup
milk
ice

butter pecan syrup
sweeten to your liking
Toppings
brown butter cold foam
cinnamon
candied pecans
Instructions
Add butter pecan syrup to the bottom of a glass.
Add in ice, milk, more syrup if desired. Carefully pour in the freshly brewed espresso. Top with brown butter cold foam and candied pecans and enjoy!
Notes
For the
Butter Pecan Syrup
Toast pecans in a saucepan until fragrant.
Add water, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Simmer 8–10 minutes until syrupy.
Stir in butter extract and vanilla bean paste.
Strain, reserving candied pecans for topping. Store syrup in a sealed jar in the fridge.
