Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
In a large bowl, add the cleaned and cut broccoli florets. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
In a small bowl or mason jar, combine soy sauce, Sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, chili oil, grated ginger, and garlic and red pepper flakes if desired. Stir until well combined.
Add the broccoli to a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and toss until each piece is thoroughly coated.
Place the broccoli on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes, flipping the broccoli halfway through (about 15 minutes in).
After 20 minutes, check the tenderness of the broccoli with a fork. If still firm, continue to cook in 3-minute intervals until tender.
