Cut and clean chicken wings with water and vinegar. Rinse until the water runs clear. Pat dry, removing as much moisture as possible.
Add a drizzle of olive oil to the wings, then season with onion powder, garlic powder, Adobo, Tony's Lite seasoning, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper. Mix until the wings are coated. Then sprinkle in baking powder and mix to coat the wings.
Place wings on the air frying trays and cook on 380 for 25 minutes flipping halfway through. Work in batches making sure to not overcrowd the tray.
For the Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once it starts to bubble, add Sriracha, honey, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar. Whisk until well combined. Season with onion powder, red pepper flakes, vinegar and a pinch of salt. Allow the sauce to simmer gently until it thickens.
Toss them up
Add cooked wings to a bowl and pour sauce over. Toss the wings until fully coated. Plate the wings. Garnish with parsley or chives and enjoy!
