In a bowl combine soy sauce, chicken broth, sriracha, honey, brown sugar, red chili flakes, grated ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix until combined. Then set a side.
Add olive oil to a skillet over medium high heat. Add in ground turkey and begin to brown. Season with onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper. Once it's almost browned add in onions, green onions and shredded carrots. Sautè until fragrant and softened about 4 minutes.
Pour in the sauce and toss until combined. Reduce the heat to low and allow the sauce to thicken slightly.
Serve over white rice or in lettuce wraps with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
