dice strawberries and add to a bowl. Add in granulated sugar, mix and set it to the side.
For the matcha
Boil water then soak matcha whisk to soften the bristles
Sift matcha powder into bowl. Pour in hot water (175 degrees) and whisk for 1 minute.
add a few spoonfuls of the macerated strawberries to the bottom of your glass. Add in milk of choice, maple syrup and a splash of vanilla. Carefully pour in the matcha.
top with cool whip, sprinkle of matcha powder and some more of the strawberries and enjoy!
