In a pitcher combine apple cider, maple syrup and half the ginger beer.
Mix well to combine. Add orange and apple slices then the cranberries for the perfect festive touch. Chill until you're ready to serve.
For serving- Pour the punch into glasses. Add orange slice and a few apple slices. Garnish with rosemary. Top with remaining ginger beer and enjoy!
Notes
If you're serving later, I recommend waiting to add the ginger beer until serving. You can also mix half then top off with more to add the crisp fizzy finish.
