Add the mango chunks to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar fully dissolves. Pour the mango purée into the saucepan and stir to combine.
Let it simmer for about 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally. This helps concentrate the flavor and slightly thicken the syrup. Pour through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp if you want a smooth syrup. If you like a thicker, more rustic texture, you can skip this step.
Let it cool completely, then transfer to a sealed jar or bottle and refrigerate.
Add lemonade to Ninja Slushi. Select frozen juice and choose slushi level based on your preference. Allow lemonade to slush for 20-30 minutes.
Layer a spoonful of mango puree, then add the frozen lemonade. Add more mango puree. Garnish with a lemon wheel and enjoy.
