Ingredients
  

  • 64 oz Lemonade

For the Mango Syrup/ Puree

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen mango

For mango puree

  • Add the mango chunks to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  • In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar fully dissolves. Pour the mango purée into the saucepan and stir to combine.
  • Let it simmer for about 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally. This helps concentrate the flavor and slightly thicken the syrup. Pour through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp if you want a smooth syrup. If you like a thicker, more rustic texture, you can skip this step.
  • Let it cool completely, then transfer to a sealed jar or bottle and refrigerate.
  • Add lemonade to Ninja Slushi. Select frozen juice and choose slushi level based on your preference. Allow lemonade to slush for 20-30 minutes.
  • Layer a spoonful of mango puree, then add the frozen lemonade. Add more mango puree. Garnish with a lemon wheel and enjoy.
