Winter White Cosmo
A classic cocktail with a holiday twist
Ingredients
- 2 oz white cranberry juice
- 1.5-2 oz Vodka
- .5 oz Cointreau
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup optional
For Garnish
- rosemary
- cranberries
- pomegranate arils
- lime+ sugar for rim
Instructions
- Rim martini glass with lime juice and sugar and place in the refrigerator to chill.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine white cranberry juice, vodka, orange liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake well until chilled.
- Add frozen cranberries to the glass and strain cocktail into chilled martini glass. Garnish with rosemary and enjoy!
