Winter White Cosmopolitan. A festive winter spin on the classic Cosmopolitan. Made with white cranberry juice, vodka, orange liqueur and fresh citrus. Garnished with fresh cranberries and rosemary. Making this the ultimate winter martini. It’s sweet. It’s tangy and tart and a great holiday cocktail. I mean look at it. The colors scream Merry Christmas!

Winter White Cosmopolitan

Tis’ the season for hosting! I absolutely LOVE to host friends and family during the holidays. Any time really. Any excuse to get together and eat good food and enjoy a good drink, I’m taking it!

This year we hosted Thanksgiving and I created a number of festive recipes for the occasion. This winter white cosmo is a festive twist to the classic cosmopolitan. I. know your timelines are full of cranberry cocktails, so let’s switch it up and add white cranberry juice to the chat.

I actually used white Cranberry peach. Which gave a sweet tart flavor to this cocktail. Because I wanted a colorless “white” appearing cocktail, this juice worked perfectly. The peach addition complimented the citrus flavors. Making this a light yet flavorful cocktail.

Earlier this year I fell in love with the ever so popular lemon drop martini. Martini’s are such a great “get you there” cocktail. Meaning it doesn’t take much to get you buzzed. And when you’re out and about that’s great because less money is spent duh.

I especially enjoy a well mixed cocktail that doesn’t taste too strong. I’m normally not a vodka fan, but have been experimenting more to make it a better cocktail. And who doesn’t love a classic with a twist.

What you’ll need to make a Winter White Cosmopolitan

White Cran-Peach Juice- I used the one from Ocean Spray.
Vodka- I used Tito’s. Feel free to try Cranberry Vodka too.
Simple Syrup– this is optional if you like your cocktails on the sweeter side.
Orange Liqueur– adds a perfect citrus note to the cocktail.
Lime juice– you know the drill. If it’s not fresh, I don’t want it. Fresh lime juice adds a great tartiness to the cocktail, while complimenting the peach and orange notes.
Fresh Cranberries- I like to add frozen cranberries. This is a great way to keep your cocktail cold without watering it down. Also adds a great pop of color.
Rosemary- Adds a festive pop of color!

Serve these in glass ornaments for the ultimate festive feel.
