Cajun Butter Lobster Rolls

Cajun Butter Lobster Rolls | 2 of my favorite restaurants in NYC were @burgerandlobster and Crabby Shack because of their fire lobster rolls. Now that it’s summer, I’m missing NYC a little more these days. So I decided to make some lobster rolls with a delicious Cajun butter sauce. let’s get into it

Grocery List
Lobster tails
4-5 cloves of garlic
Handful of parsley
Good quality butter I used @kerrygoldusa (about 4 tbsp)
Cajun seasoning
Smoked paprika
Cayenne pepper
Squeeze of lemon
Brioche top split hot dog buns
Chives
Lemon wedges *optional*

Steam your lobster until it’s partially done for about 4-5 minutes. We’re gonna finish it in the butter sauce. Then cut the meat out the tale. And chop the tales into bite pieces (leave a few chunks)

For butter sauce
On medium heat, melt down your butter (make sure to use good quality butter. The richness of good butter makes a huge difference. I used @kerrygoldusa
Add your minced garlic and parsley and sauté for a few minutes.
Add in your seasonings, lobster meat and toss together.

In a buttered pan, toast the sides of your buns until golden brown. I used @stpierreusa brioche buns.

Stuff your buns and sprinkle with chives and fresh lemon. Slather on extra butter sauce, if you choose and enjoy!! I served these with Parmesan truffle fries and baby it was good!! Lmk if you try it

Note- I know groceries high right now. Another great alternative to lobster is Argentine shrimp. It would be perfect for this!
