I’m back! These past two weeks have been a bit crazy, and I apologize for my absence. The first week of July was jam packed with my sister’s wedding and the Essence Festival. Then, this past week, Hurricane Beryl hit Houston hard! We were without power for a few days, so we decided to stay in New Orleans until things settled down.
Once we got back, we had to throw out everything in the fridge. Luckily damages were pretty minor for the most part. Continue to keep people affected by Beryl in your prayers.
I’m glad to be back and to start the week with a delicious and nutritious recipe! These Korean-Inspired Ground Turkey Rice Bowls will quickly become your new favorite.
