The perfect complement to your morning coffee or fall desserts, this pumpkin pie syrup is a simple syrup infused with rich pumpkin flavor and warm autumn spices.

Ingredients for Pumpkin Pie Syrup?
- Pumpkin puree: I love using Libby’s Pumpkin Puree for all my pumpkin recipes.
- water
- brown sugar: light brown sugar.
- cinnamon
- pumpkin spice: This is the pumpkin spice I love to use.
- vanilla

What to put pumpkin spice syrup on?
- coffee
- ice cream
- apples
- serve it in over night oats for the ultimate fall breakfast
- waffles/pancakes

Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cups of brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste optional
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, water, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, salt and a splash of vanilla.
- Stir the mixture until well combined. Bring it to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the syrup has thickened slightly.
- Cool and Store: Remove from heat and let it cool. Transfer to a clean jar or bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
