Tips for making the best Stuffed French Toast
- The key to the perfect French toast is cooking it LOW & SLOW in butter and olive oil. It takes a little longer, but I promise it’s worth it!
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened. It makes things easier.
- use fluffy bread! If you can’t get your hands on brioche bread, a thick slice of bread like Texas toast is also recommended.
- Coffee creamer. Using coffee creamer adds the perfect amount of sweetness to the egg batter.
