Dairy Free Summer Yuzu Spritz Mocktail

Meet your new favorite non-alcoholic, dairy-free summer spritz. This Summer Yuzu Spritz Mocktail is refreshing and absolutely delicious. Perfect for summer. Beat the heat with this summer treat!

I’m so excited to share this Summer Yuzu Spritz mocktail with you all. I’ve been cranking out a lot of cocktails lately, so I wanted to show love to my mocktail lovers. After trying the new Yuzu Ripple Sorbet at Trader Joe’s, I knew I wanted to make some sort of spritz with it. And because there was no dairy; I wanted to take it a step further and create something that was non-alcoholic too.

After doing some research, I came across Fever Tree’s Yuzu and Lime soda. And knew it would pair together perfectly. It’s super easy to make and the perfect way to elevate a sparkling soda. With just 3 ingredients you can make this delicious Summer Yuzu Spritz.

One of the best things about mocktails is that you can indulge in a refreshing beverage without the presence of alcohol or guilt. So raise a glass to celebrating life and finding joy in the little things, simply because we deserve it.

What is YUZU?

Yuzu is a Japanese citrus. Similar to limes and lemon. But not as acidic. It’s said to be a hybrid between lemon, lime and grapefruit.

Fun fact- yuzu is healthier than lemons, it has more nutrients and vitamin c.

I never had Yuzu before trying this sorbet. They were offering samples at Trader Joes and it was delicious. As soon as I tried it I was instantly inspired. When I say Trader Joes did their thing with this Yuzu sorbet. I was shocked to learn there was no dairy in it. It has a creamy coconut base, with bites of yuzu throughout. It’s so creamy, rich and the flavor is really something special. The fact that I can eat this guilt-free makes it EVEN better.

I’m all about refreshing drinks during the summer. You guys know I love a good cocktail. But what makes this drink even more special is that there is no alcohol, AND it’s dairy-free. I meaaaan.. it really gets no better than this. And the great thing about a mocktail is you can enjoy a beautiful and delicious drink with no booze or guilt. Like you can literally enjoy this drink at any time… because you deserve to have good things. and this summer Yuzu spritz my friends is a good thing.
