Easy Thanksgiving Harvest Punch Recipe

We’re just over a week away from Thanksgiving, and if you’re not much of a cook but still want to contribute, I highly recommend making my Thanksgiving Harvest Punch. Made with apple cider, ginger beer, maple syrup, and garnished with fresh fruit, this punch is not only easy to make but also absolutely delicious. It’s the perfect addition to your Thanksgiving table!

Over on Instagram, I asked if y’all were interested in seeing cocktails and mocktails this holiday season, and the response was an overwhelming YES! Not that I needed the confirmation—let’s be real, I was going to share them regardless even if only two people liked the post! 😂 Cocktails and mocktails are one of my favorite things to shoot. So it was a no brainer.

How to make Thanksgiving Harvest Punch?

Just as easy as 1-2-3. Literally. Add the chilled apple cider, maple syrup and chilled ginger beer to a carafe or pitcher. Mix to combine. Add cranberries and slices of oranges and apples. Chill until you’re ready to serve.

Serving Tips:

  • Keep it Fresh: If you’re making this ahead of time, I recommend waiting to add the ginger beer until right before serving. This way, it stays crisp and bubbly!
  • Chill Ingredients: Use chilled ingredients. Instead of having to add ice, I recommend chilling the apple cider and ginger beer before making this Thanksgiving Harvest Punch.
  • Add Festive Ice: If you’re okay with using ice, try my Winter Ice Cubes—they add a fun, seasonal touch!
  • Make it boozy: Want to kick it up a notch? Add your favorite white wine like Sauvignon Blanc for a light, fruity touch or Prosecco. For something stronger, bourbon, whiskey, or vodka work beautifully.

Ingredients for Thanksgiving Harvest Punch?

  • Apple Cider: I love apple cider. Feel free to also use sparkling cider.
  • Ginger Beer: the ginger complements the apple cider so well. The perfect fizzy touch! I used light ginger beer.
  • Maple Syrup: adds a little more sweetness. If you’re mixing with alcohol, I recommend not skipping this step.
  • Cranberries: adds a pretty touch.
  • Orange slices: great touch of citrus.
  • Apple Slices: because why not! I recommend using a sweet apple, like Gala or honey crisp.
  • Cinnamon Sticks: optional but enhances the warm cozy flavor of the Apple Cider.
  • Rosemary: the perfect garnish. Adds the prettiest color contrast.
