If I had to guess, Rudolph’s drink of choice would be this delicious and flavorful mocktail. After all… he does have an important job coming up and can’t be too lit. haha!
This party punch is an easy and delicious drink to bring to your next holiday gathering. And a great way to ensure everyone feels included.

Rudolph’s Winter Mocktail is so delicious. Made with my festive winter ice cubes, cranberry juice, spiced cider, and topped with ginger beer.
It is non-alcoholic, but you can definitely boozy it up by adding your favorite alcohol.
We’re putting my winter ice cubes I made a few weeks back to work! They’re a great easy way to dress up your cocktails and mocktails this holiday season.

What you’ll need
Winter ice cubes– blog post here. These ice cubes are made with cranberries, Pomegranate arils, fresh citrus and rosemary. Covered in water or juice and frozen into perfect little cubes.
Cranberry Juice– adds a sweet tartiness to the drink.
Spiced Apple Cider– I love the one from Trader Joes
Ginger Beer- adds the perfect spice + fizz. You can also use Ginger Ale or Sprite.

PREMAKE-
Feel free to triple the recipe to make it a party punch. You can pre-make the drink by combining the Cranberry juice, and Spiced Apple Cider the night before when you prepare the ice cubes. Then on the day of your event, add the ice cubes and top with the ginger beer.
NOTE- I’d wait to add the ginger beer so that it won’t go flat.
