There’s nothing quite like buttery French toast on a Saturday morning—it’s one of my favorite weekend treats! Brioche French toast is the ultimate version, with croissant French toast coming in a close second. Fluffy brioche bread is dipped in a delicious cinnamon-vanilla egg batter and cooked low and slow to perfection.

If you couldn’t tell by now, or you’re new here… This is a French toast STAN account! I love a good breakfast and French toast is my absolute favorite. If I’m out for breakfast, 9/10 I’m going to order French toast.
Brioche French toast is the dish that gets you excited for breakfast. Seriously. When Brioche French toast is on the menu it gives me something to look forward to and I know
How To Make Brioche French Toast?
Step 1: Prepare the batter. If you’re familiar with my French toast recipes, then you know I love using coffee creamer to add a little pizzazz, and extra sweetness. So for this recipe, I added in Vanilla Coffee Creamer. To make the batter even more delicious, I added vanilla, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Step 2: Cook the French Toast. In a large skillet heat up oil and unsalted butter over low heat. Dip slices of bread into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated, shaking off the excess batter.
Once the butter begins to bubble, cook the bread in the skillet on low heat, turning occasionally until golden brown on both sides.
NOTE: The key to perfect French toast is cooking it low AND SLOW. Low temperature that is. It may take a little longer, buttt your French toast will come out perfectly golden brown every time. I promise. Nothing’s worse than burnt French toast. I meannn, unless you like it that way. lol do you!
Step 3: Enjoy: Serve your French toast hot, with your favorite toppings.
