Can I get a “BaconEgg&Cheese on a roll. Ketchup & Hot sauce.” This is what I used to order when I lived in Brooklyn. And because I miss it so much, you already know… I had to make it at home.

It’s no secret that I absolutely love breakfast! And I’m always looking for ways to switch things up. This sandwich is my tried and true, for a quick and easy breakfast.
A baconegg&cheese is a MUST when you visit/live in NYC. It’s such an easy, and convenient thing to eat on the way to work. It’s so good. Basic. But good. Oh and cheap. And we love that. From the soft roll, to the crispy bacon. Soft eggs to the melty cheese. DE-licious!

If you’re looking for something new & EASY to make for breakfast try this sandwich.
What you’ll need
Roll- I used my homemade brioche roll, but feel free to use any type of roll, croissant or bagel.
Eggs- 2-3 eggs scrambled.
American Cheese- the bodega’s typically use American cheese. But if cheddar is more your speed feel free.
Bacon- I used turkey bacon.
Salt&Pepper– helps add a little flavor to your eggs. feel free to add whatever other seasonings you’d like.
Ketchup-
Hot Sauce- I love Tapatio on my BEC.
